Facilitate fruitful exchanges between the members and other networks of Corporate Universities, worldwide by:

Surveying the best practices in the US and European Corporate Universities.
Offering to its members the most accurate and consistent information, connected with their field.
Facilitating efficiency and trust within the exchanges.

Gain time and money for the members, in piloting, leading, re-orienting, or creating their own corporate University by:

Preparing customized activities on the latest topics that concern them.
Inviting dialogue and exchange amongst member-experts and others leaders.
Establishing a reference of the best external partners.
Offering a high added value, if possible measurable through return on investment.

To allow specific European models from Corporate Universities to emerge by:

Helping members companies understand the cultural contingencies of the environment, in the management of their university or their project of creating a Corporate University.

Facilitating action research on European models and their particularities in comparison to American and Asian Corporate Universities.

A CLUB MINDSET

Amongst peers: Only the top level Directors and Heads of Corporate Universities are invited to join (we specifically exclude Consulting Firms and others vendors).

Principle of a community of practice. Members attend the Club both to give and to receive feedback, support, advice and challenge.

Principle of rotating invitation to the various members’ Corporate Universities. Each host is responsible for logistic and facilities. This allows members to discover first-hand the organization and the culture of others internal educative structures.
